- Mini Marshmallows: You can substitute large marshmallows if desired.
- Butter: If using salted butter, omit the added salt in the recipe.
How to Make
Step 1: Melt Butter and Marshmallows
Melt the Butter: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter, and continue cookie on low, making sure to stir continuously until fully melted and smooth (about 3-5 minutes).
