This delicious sugar cookie martini recipe is a fun and festive drink to serve at your next Christmas or holiday party!

Plus, with a sugar coated rim, you can easily change up the sprinkles or sugar for different holidays and events making this a versatile and delicious martini cocktail.

You can even serve it over ice for an on-the-rocks version. Seriously, if you love dessert cocktails you’ll love this drink!  So, while the kids are drinking hot chocolate this winter, the adults can enjoy this Christmas cocktail! 

Ingredients

  • Whole Milk: you can also use half and half or non-dairy creamer. 
  • Vanilla Vodka: vanilla vodka is preferred but you can also use whipped cream vodka in a pinch.

How to make

Step 1: Rim Glass (optional)

First, it's fun to add a sugar or sprinkle rim to this drink.  Dip the edge of the glass into corn syrup or spread frosting around the rim. Then, dip the coated edge into sprinkles or sanding sugar.   If you're using sanding sugar you can also sugar syrup instead of corn syrup.

Step 2: Mix Drink

Add ice into a cocktail shaker. Then add all ingredients. Close the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until cold and combined. 

Step 3: Pour, Garnish, and Enjoy!

Pour the mixed cocktail into the prepared martini glass. You can also serve this one the rocks by pouring the prepared drink into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Once you've poured the cocktail add any optional garnishes such as whipped cream, crushed sugar cookies, or more sprinkles on top.

Make a Vegan or Non-Dairy Sugar Cookie MArtini

Did you know there is a vegan version of Irish Cream Liqueur? Yup, use it along with your favorite non-dairy creamer in place of the milk and you have a delicious and vegan/non-dairy cocktail. 

When to drink

Sugar Cookie Martini’s are often found around the Christmas holiday, but really they're great all year round! They'd be perfect for Easter, Mother's Day, and Valentine's day too!

Just change up the sprinkle rim and they are a festive and fun drink for any holiday or event.
