Instructions
If desired, spread about 1/4 to a 1/3 cup of Nutella along the bottom of the prepared Pie Crust. Chill the crust while making the filling.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining Nutella, and mix for a few minutes until smooth and combined.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping and mix until combined and smooth.
Add the filling to the prepared pie crust. Loosely cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Before serving, add whipped cream and/or any additional toppings. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
While a chocolate Oreo crust is classic, this recipe is also delicious with a graham cracker crust!
Hate Cool Whip? You can use homemade whipped cream instead, by whipping up 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream and folding that into the Nutella cream cheese mixture.
