Ingredients
- 1 ounce Vodka
- 1 ounce Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice see notes for substitutions
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup see notes for substitutions
- Ice
Garnish (optional)
- Lemon Wedge
- Mint
Instructions
- Add ice, peach schnapps, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Add lid and shake until cold.
- Pour into shot glasses.
- Garnish with optional lemon wedges and/or mint and enjoy!
Notes
- 1 oz equals two tablespoons of liquid.
- Make your own simple syrup by cooking equal parts water and sugar until the sugar has dissolved and starts to slightly thicken. Let cool before using.
- To make it even easier, use sour mix in place of the and lemon juice and simple syrup. If you don’t have store bought sour mix, you can make your own using this sour mix recipe.
- This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or made into a batch cocktail by mixing equal parts vodka, peach schnapps, and sour mix in a pitcher with ice.
