Line a baking sheet with wax paper, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat.
Using a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave in 20- 30 second internals. Stir in between each interval until melted and smooth.
Working quickly, dip the orange slices into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with any optional toppings if desired.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set then enjoy!

These chocolate dipped oranges will last 2-3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
