Marshmallow  Frosting 

This easy homemade marshmallow frosting tastes just like marshmallow fluff!  This recipe is a fun and simple alternative to buttercream, and the step-by-step recipe will show you how to make perfectly fluffy frosting that doesn’t get grainy.

Ingredients

Sugar Egg Whites Vanilla Extract Cream of Tartar  Salt

HEAT EGG WHITES AND SUGAR MIX

Using a double broiler, heat until 160-165℉ and the sugar is dissolved

WHIP HEATED EGG MIXTURE

Transfer to a mixer and mix until light,  fluffy, and cool to the touch

Spread or Pipe on Cake or Cupcakes

Try toasting with a cooking torch for toasted marshmallow frosting!
